1. What Clout Clock is

Clout Clock is a gamified clout leaderboard. Site owners list their website and compete to stay on top of the board. You don't buy traffic — you buy clout, the ranking points that push your listing up the leaderboard. We describe the service as a visibility and status leaderboard — not a traffic-purchasing service.

2. Clout

Clout is the platform's unit of rank and visibility. Listing a site grants a starting balance of 250 clout. Clout determines your listing's rank on the leaderboard. Clout never expires, is never reset, and cannot be cashed out or sold. Clout drains by a fixed daily clock (-1 clout per day for approved listings), and can be earned via verified referrals (+5/referee, capped at 3 per week) or purchased in packs. Clout is non-monetary and non-withdrawable.

3. Clicks and visits — genuine, human, opt-in

A click or visit occurs only when a real human visitor consciously chooses to open a listing. We do not guarantee any specific number of visitors, conversions, sales, or SEO benefit. Clout buys your position on the board; the value of a click is the genuine, opt-in attention of a community member — nothing more. In the Clout Clock model, clicks do not reduce clout; only the daily clock reduces clout. Prohibited: bots, click farms, automated scripts, incentivized fake traffic, or any attempt to artificially inflate metrics. Any such activity is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of clout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use Clout Clock to send traffic to sites that violate third-party terms (e.g., ad networks like Google AdSense) or that engage in illegal activity; automate, script, or bot the click, share, or referral systems; misrepresent your site, its content, or its purpose; or use Clout Clock to manipulate analytics, ad metrics, or search rankings.

5. Affiliate Program

Clout Clock offers an affiliate program where affiliates earn a 15% commission on clout purchases made by users they referred. Attribution is permanent — a referred user is "theirs" for the life of the account. Single-tier only; there are no sub-affiliate or multi-level commissions. Affiliates must not use spam, deceptive advertising, fake reviews, or misleading claims to promote Clout Clock, and must disclose their affiliate relationship (e.g., with #ad or "affiliate link"). We are accountable for affiliate behavior and will terminate affiliates who violate this.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee traffic volume, conversion rates, sales, or search-engine ranking improvements. The service provides community-driven discovery and attention. Results vary and depend on the quality of your listing and the community's interest.

7. Refunds

Clout packs are digital, instantly delivered products. Purchased clout is generally non-refundable except where required by law or in the specific cases described in our Rules (e.g., duplicate charges or non-delivery). Because clout is permanent and never expires, there is no "unused balance" to refund under normal circumstances.

8. Limitation of liability

Clout Clock is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost opportunities from using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including bot use, fraud, or deceptive promotion. You can appeal any enforcement action by contacting support@cloutclock.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will post a notice and, if you have an account, email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
